Terms and conditions:
To be eligible for the prize and included in the prize draw, the client must have an appraisal completed with one of the Kevin Green Team prior to Thursday 19th December 2024.
Every property appraised will receive one entry in the draw. An eligible appraisal is an ‘in-person’ visit by a Kevin Green representative. Desk-top appraisals are not eligible.
The winner will be drawn on Friday 20th December and announced on social media pages. Please follow us on Facebook to view the announcement.
The prize, one month of mortgage payments, will be given to the winning client via electronic transfer. The prize is capped at a $4,000 contribution towards your mortgage repayments.
The client is under no obligation to list or have their property managed or sold with Kevin Green Real Estate and will still be included in the competition if they choose not to list.
If extenuating circumstances require it, Kevin Green Real Estate reserves the right to alter or rescind this offer as they deem appropriate, at any time without notice.
This offer is not made in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Appraisal properties must be within Peel regions in Western Australia
The complimentary marketing package is only available on standard fees above $10,000 and is not available with any other offer or discount.
The marketing package includes:
- 6 x2 sign board
- Mandurah Times advert x 1
- Regular home opens
- A4 high gloss brochures
- Social media new listing alert
- Advert on realestate.com.au
- Buyer database new listing alert
- Weekly property guide until sold
- Community newspaper home open list
- Launch to all major property portals, including Realestate.com.au, Domain, REIWA, Homely and more
- Professional photography, including still drone images
- Landgate charges
- If you withdraw or terminate your property from sale or if the listing expires, we reserve the right to invoice an additional charge of $957 towards the marketing package and a maximum of $160 towards Landgate expenses. This does not cover the actual value of the package itself, but is a good faith contribution and will only be used to cover costs that have been incurred.
If your property sells before all items in your package have been purchased on your behalf, you will not receive funds for the unpurchased items.
