Terms & Conditions

  1. The complimentary marketing package is only available on standard fees above $10,000 and is not available with any other offer or discount.
  2. The marketing package includes:
    1. 6 x2 sign board
    2. Mandurah Times advert x 1
    3. Regular home opens
    4. A4 high gloss brochures
    5. Social media new listing alert
    6. Advert on realestate.com.au
    7. Buyer database new listing alert
    8. Weekly property guide until sold
    9. Community newspaper home open list
    10. Launch to all major property portals, including Realestate.com.au, Domain, REIWA, Homely and more
    11. Professional photography, including still drone images
    12. Landgate charges
  3. If you withdraw or terminate your property from sale or if the listing expires, we reserve the right to invoice an additional charge of $957 towards the marketing package and a maximum of $160 towards Landgate expenses. This does not cover the actual value of the package itself, but is a good faith contribution and will only be used to cover costs that have been incurred.
  4. If your property sells before all items in your package have been purchased on your behalf, you will not receive funds for the unpurchased items.
  5. If extenuating circumstances require it, Kevin Green Real Estate reserves the right to alter or rescind this offer as they deem appropriate, at any time without notice.
